Our office is located at 10 Desbrosses Street, New York, NY 10013. We are in Tribeca, lower Manhattan. Located between Hudson & Greenwich Street, which is 1 block south of Canal Street. We are near the entrance of the Holland Tunnel.

Parking is available at Manhattan Parking Group (MPG) located at 34 Desbrosses Street, New York, NY 10013.
Free street parking is also available after 6:00PM on Fridays and Saturdays but use at your own discretion.

Yes, we can host more than one event at a time! We have two event floors. Tribeca Rooftop is located on the 12th floor and offers an additional outdoor terrace along with an indoor event space. Tribeca 360° is located on the 11th floor and offers a 360 view of Manhattan. Each venue space has their own private entrances and service elevators as well.
No. We host weddings, social events, corporate events, fashion shows, photoshoot rentals, and many more.
No, we do not have an administrative fee.
You will be assigned an Operations Manager 6 weeks out from your booked event that handles logistics, and day-of coordination.
Yes, we do offer in-house catering at our events.
Yes, we do. The finalized food tasting will be arranged with your Operations Manager, 2 months prior to the booked event.
Yes, dietary restrictions can be accommodated. As much specific information as possible is appreciated in advance but is not required. However, if a meal will need to be provided by an outside caterer such as Glatt kosher or halal, advanced notice is required for ordering purposes and additional fees will apply.
No, parking is not included. However, for weddings and Bar/Bat mitzvahs, we do offer valet parking at an additional price.
No, we do not offer overnight accommodations.
A signed contract and your first deposit are required to secure your date. A payment schedule is then created based on the time between the date of booking and the date of your event.
